Art and Soul looks forward to helping you blossom.
Art and Soul has been going for twenty-seven years.
That’s right. 27 years of expertise, of tuning in to the whisperings and sometimes shoutings of creative yearnings and learnings.
Art and Soul is essentially me, myself, I. Sally Swain. I could fib and say something like: ‘Here at Art and Soul, we….’. But, apart from the tides, swellings and underpinnings of beautiful support, I receive from people and places all around, it’s me that you will be making contact with if you’d like to invite Art and Soul into your world.
sally i always love your rich and vibrant and sometimes whimsical art and soulie ideas and pictures. you are a warm and colourful inspiration, i love the new site and blog. looking forward to following your new adventures xx linda

Linda – what a mighty fine Welcome piece of feedback to discover on this Welcome page! Thank you so much. These words you’ve trailed like an exotic, sparkly scarf could equally apply to yourself, I feel. 3 cheers for those who are sometimes whimsical!

Thank you to remember that we should take the time to create and play with colours, shapes and textures… well just to play! Your art is so lively and positive!

Thank you in turn, Whynothappy! Creative play for adults is so valuable, yet often underrated. Play helps us learn from a place of joy. Do you agree?

Yes complitely! I think you’re right and it’s great if learning doesnt necessarily have to come from obligation or boredom

Hi Sally,
Wishing you a fabulously creative year…a flowing year and it seems that way…and thank you for sharing and also for replying to my last blog.
A couple of months ago I bought your first published book on a Sales table at my local library in Byron Bay. Was so pleased …like meeting a fun old friend.
All the best for the coming year.
