Long White Blog unfolding itself across time and space.
Can you cope?
And what am I talking about anyway?
Remember the Resting-in-Abundance Tree from a couple of weeks back?

Well, it came to
fruition. Literally. This image represents a feeling of trust in which you are strongly supported to lean back and not have to
try try try
to work work work at
everything everything everything
always always always.
Once in lounging position, you simply reach out and pluck ripe fruit from the sumptuous branches that arc overhead.
Sound good to you?
I was blessed to spend ten days in New Zealand, or Aotearoa in Maori, aka the Land of the Long White Cloud.
I fell in love with the first holiday cottage, aka bach, we stayed in and am happy to recommend it. See C Wise Cottage on Bookabach website.
There happened to be plum, peach, apricot and apple trees in the garden, festooned with ripe fruit for the easy picking. How cool. How synchronously, symbolically perfect.
You paint it, then you live it.
The power of art, nature and openness combined.

Sally Swain © original art in progress – I took pre-collaged pages to NZ, including earth and moon images. Oddly, I didn’t see a moon until the last of 10 nights. Where was it?
Here’s a paintage (paint n collage) I made from my boarding pass. I confess it was the first time in many many years that I’ve left Australia, so it was a big deal to fly through those long white clouds.

I know you’re holding your breath for the next Aotearoa-inspired Art expression. Please don’t. Please continue breathing deeply and reaping the fruits of your loving labour. But do tune in next Friday and the next and…
Do you have creativity and synchronicity moments to share? Please tell.

We will have to meet up in one country or another to do some artplay. And yes. More than liked. Loved. Just went to the area around Queenstown and Fiordland.
